RETURN POLICY
Green Lighting Supply’s (GLS) aim is to satisfy our customer’s energy saving light bulb needs. We have chosen the best manufacturers with the most environmentally responsible products that meet the highest quality requirements.
GLS recommends that you select the correct products for your needs at time of ordering and read the return policy before ordering.
First: Upon receipt of damaged product or missing product, within 24 hours of receipt of product you must notify GLS by contacting our customer service dept at (888)-447-7903 or at support@greenlightingsupply.com. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and form to complete with such details as order number, description and quantity of product in question, name, address, e-mail and phone number.
Shipping Damage, Missing Goods: It is the customer’s responsibility to notify GLS within 24 hours of receipt of damaged or missing goods. Goods damaged in shipping will be replaced or credited. GLS cannot be responsible for damaged goods if not notified within 24 hours. The damaged or missing goods will be supplied at no additional cost to the customer. Alternatively their cost can be credited to the card used to purchase them. In the case of shipping damage the product must be kept in its original container until the representative of the shipping company has an opportunity to inspect the item.
Customer Choice Return: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). An RMA will only be issued within the first 5 days after Customer receipt of the product to be verified with shipping company. Product must not be used for longer than 1 hour and must be returned undamaged in original undamaged carton(s). Green Lighting Supply, Inc. reserves the right to determine if the product is in sellable condition. If the product is in sellable condition, the customer will incur a 15% restocking fee. If the product can not be re-sold, no credit will be issued. Please contact the customer service dept at (888)-447-7903 or at support@greenlightingsupply.com to acquire an RMA. GLS must receive the returned product within 10 days of issuance of the RMA. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Standard product may be returned for a refund or credit against further orders. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Special product or clearance items may not be returned.
